Horrible customer service. Spent over $200 with Lashify, assuming company would stand by their products. Immediately notified “customer service” that the wand was defective. (The ends of the wand do not align and/or connect when pressed together) The rep implied it was improper use. Seriously? No replacement sent, no offer to correct. Don’t waste your time or money.
