My flight was canceled due to COVID. Lastminute promised to issue a refund. For 1,5 months the refund has been in "processing" status and no money sent to my account.
The support of Lasminute.com only repeats "we are processing your request, you will receive your refund as soon as possible". This is literally it. Not saying anything else. No money, no information about the current status of the refund, no estimations on the refund.
