Booked a trip prior in Jan 2020 for Nov 2020 however due the the pandemic I was unable to travel Have received a refund for the hotel and transfer but still having issues getting a refund for the flights! British Airways are always really helpful when I call but because it wasn't booked direct with them I'm always pointed back to the worst customer service in the world! LM always fob the problem off to BA but when I tell them I've already spoken with them, the story changes and I'm told different information! BA have issued a travel voucher however this has to be used through LM telephone booking service rather than direct with BA or online with LM - When I call LM, they again try to fob it off to BA and then tell me and when I give them the BA information I'm then told someone from the sales department will call me. This has got to be the most incompetent company I have EVER dealt with and the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful its unreal!
