No support, no email response and they tried to keep my payments during pandemic by replying to Amex that the hotel and the flights were still valid, even though Emirates sent email saying "Flight Cancellation" and the hotel was closed for 2 months.
I am waiting for officials to remove their license. How they still operate? If you read the reviews online, you will find that everyone has the same experience.
