Hello, I requested a date change on the 15th of August, around 11am. This was more than 24 hours before our departure date. After many rejected calls, waiting on hold for hours over the past two day you were not able to provide me with any resolutions to my request. 1. Lasminute failed to provide me with any further information as to why my request was declined. 2. Lastminute failed to provide me with any helpful resolutions. 3. Lastminute failed to provide any dates or time changes available for next year. 4. Last minute completely failed to provide any help in this stressful situation. At 15:45 I had a call from a Lastminute agent telling me I need to call Gulfair directly to see if they can do anything regarding my date changes. I was told nothing more. After waiting on hold with Golfair for nearly 40 minutes, they agreed to keep my booking open until the 20th of August 2022 but I would be charged £300 for a no show fee. Reason being I didn’t notify them of my changes 24hrs before departure. Lastminute clearly states you are able to change your flight details with “Flexi” tickets 24hrs before departure. Why was this not the case with our booking? Why could Gulf air extended our flights until the 20th of August but Lastminute couldn’t? Why am I being charged £300 for no show fee when I asked to change my booking well in advance of 24hrs? This has been a complete disaster from start to finish and honestly I wouldn’t recommend your service to ANYONE! No matter your prices (which are not cheaper). I look forward to receiving a email / message from Lastminute with a resolution in this experience.
