Please do not use this company!
I lost £320 on my flights after being mis sold a extra protection plan for cancellation etc as these times are unpredictable. After falling ill with Covid symptoms I started the cancellation process with them and was offered €7.42
As I paid with PayPal I've started a complaint through them and can only hope they are able to help me.
Don’t get fleeced like I did stay well away from this company.
