They take payment without being able to confirm bookings this happened to me on 2 consecutive days for a flight to Brazil, I have to wait 3-5 day for a refund now im stuck until I receive a refund. CONCLUSION: What if I missed the opportunity to get to my daughters wedding or didn't get to see a loved one before they died, I'm speaking hypothetically. Lastminute.com doesn't give 2 hoots about its customers they are riddled with corporate greedy. Don't ever trust them if you have to travel anywhere important.
