I booked a business trip through Lastminute. I paid for the hotel in full. A few weeks before my trip, I received an email from the hotel demanding payment. I referred this to Lastminute and asked them to liaise with the hotel. Despite numerous phone calls and emails to Lastminute they failed to do so and the hotel cancelled my reservation.
