I bought ticktes via Lastminute.de, my flight was cancelled, I've received a voucher, which I used for a second flight, that was cancelled again. Then, lastminute.de wants to refund 1/3 or 30% of the value I payed. They asked me to contact TAP, since they claim TAP did not refund the complete value. I've contact both of them several times, and no further support was given. The point here, I bought tickets via lastminute.de, I could not fly and now I lost 2/3 of what I payed. Run away from lastminute.de. I only had headaches, and lost money. No travel and I payed for nothing.
