Service client catastrophique
C ´est une arnaque , j’ai payé le pack premium pour avoir un billet flexible mais j’ai pas pu modifier la date de mon billet et j’ai donc dû acheter un nouveau billet, au lieu de profiter du pack premium déjà payé et changer la date gratuitement!! Ils répondent très en retard et pas du tout reactif
