Terrible customer support, I paid for the flex fare (which inc the below, should I need to change my flight. When I had to change my flight, there's a message stating it will take 7 days) no idea if business days or not, it's been 8 days and it's still not solved.. . Called customer support and they just repeat that someone is looking into. How does this take so many days?
This is a business class flight which should also give customers some additional perks and a speedy process but it turns out it doesn't. NEVER AGAIN with lastminute.com
