We have acquired a couple of tickets via lastminute.com and included (paid for) the full flex option as they promote that this would give you full flexibility to make changes to our booking.
At the time of the booking, we were not able to add checked luggage but hoped that the full flex option would enable it after the tickets were bought.
After the acquisition, we got an email with the terms and conditions for the full flex, and the only change it enables you to make is to cancel your booking and ask for a refund. The customer service is useless, they were unable to help, including luggage to our booking or even change our meal.
After many complaint emails, we had received a call from someone saying that it was from last minute, they knew our names, that we wanted to add luggages and also our meal request and told us that they found a way of doing it and asked for the card details to charge the changes. It was a SCAM, and they stolled 2K USD from our account.
They leaked our details and to our "surprise" they don't care about what has happened....
PLEASE AVOID LASTMINUTE.COM!
We lost our money and trust in this company.
