I booked a flight early September to go to Sydney early December.
I suffered an injury end sept & was told it would not be possible to fly early December.
I advised last minute. Com during Oct. They said not to contact airline.
I sent all relevant evidence. They came back wks later saying I sent it too early.
They requested again which was sent.
I’ve emailed many many times no response.
I contacted the airline who said it was last minute. Com responsibility I sent this email to them.
My insurance company requires a cancellation/ no show invoice but all the emails are unanswered.
I’m absolutely disgusted, & will take legal advice.
Do not book with them… it looks like a scam….
