Last minute .com more like last time .com absolutely appalling service, the original hotel we booked in the middle of Singapore, cancelled last minute offered us a hotel on the beach next to Changi airport. We told them this wasn’t acceptable so they eventually offered us a hotel in the city. This was eight days before we were due to fly, so we didn’t really have much choice but to accept this hotel. The quality of this hotel was horrendous room was tiny on the 16th floor, it was very noisy and the service wasn’t great. If you wanted to contact last minute you can only do it through email or online chat, once they have your money they’re not interested in talking to you.
