The misrepresentation and dishonesty I encountered with this holiday package have left me utterly disappointed and furious, deserving nothing more than a single star In conclusion, this mis-sold holiday was a disaster from start to finish. It's been 2 months they have not found the solution or refund our money. every time we communicate they keep saying "we have escalated to higher team" The only silver lining was that it served as a stark reminder to thoroughly research and read reviews before booking any travel experience. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this deceitful, subpar, and disappointing vacation package. It is a prime example of how not to treat paying customers, and I will not be returning or recommending it to anyone I know. One star is one star too many for this disgrace of a holiday.
