I would like everyone to know how terrible lastminute.com is!!!! I tried getting a refund on flights that i had booked with them which they had cancelled because of coronavirus. They basically told me I could either have a voucher or they would only give me 50% of my refund back. I rang the company up and spoke to a extremely rude customer service advisor. I was on the phone 10 minutes and got no where with her. She was so rude to me and didn’t even try to help me with my problem. The phone call cost me one pound a minute. I then emailed the company and got no response. I explained i had lost my job So I needed the refund. I have still not had a response. It’s the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. If I could give zero for customer service i would!!!!
