In short, Laterem and its owner did some bad things: They charged me for things they didn't give me. They put in unsafe electrical stuff and wanted me to pay extra to fix it. They often didn't show up, causing big delays in the work. My family couldn't cook or do laundry because of them. They even threatened and scared me and my family. Don't work with them or any related companies. They have many companies, so check carefully on Company House to avoid their tricky ways.
