I placed my order back in early September 2020. They asked me to get back to them after 10 November and still nothing. Now I am getting emails telling me that the US holding account has my money but is refusing to pay the factory in China. I am instructed to cancel the order which is impossible as the website it down and the email account goes to the Chinese Factory! I haven’t lost as much money as some of the other customer and reviews below. This is such a disappointment as I have ordered with them before and the item was perfect! Avoid purchasing from this site.
