Placed an order in May 2022. December 2022 still not shipped. Customer service keeps on saying it is ready to ship and then nothing. Have been writing them since august and it is always the same answer: will ship soon. Then the date passes and they still have not shipped. I am writing off this order. Out of pocket several hundred dollars.
