I am really really frustrated, after being a customer many times over, my April order has not even shipped and it's January 6th with the holiday closures ahead later this month. I never had a problem in the past, but now I wonder if this is all lost money? if it arrives in a few weeks the order to delivery is 9 months???? How can they even be taking orders now if they are that over booked??? are they even in business still?
