I made a custom order that I had to follow-up with regarding the status as it already should have been sent to me by this time. They told me it wouldn't be ready for another two months (if that's even true). The fact that I had to follow-up on this annoyed me the most. If they are going to be late they could have at least informed me. They did end up giving me my refund (although it took a couple of weeks) but because of the exchange rates I lost money. I wouldn't recommend ordering something custom from here unless you want to wait forever! Can't comment on the quality as I never received my item.
