Here is my emails from the company: I ordered two suits back on April 23rd 2020. Supposed to be 8 weeks. I had to keep following up with them on the deadline. This company is constant with being late on their processing/finished product times. If I don’t here back from them with a rushed response to make my order whole then I’m contacting my bank and having them give me my money back. Thank god I didn’t go through PayPal to pay cause that in itself is another problem to handle. Don’t pay with PayPal and be cautious when buying from this company. My first suit the zipper detached off the shoulder Entry, the second suit was a neck entry suit (I learnt from my mistake the first time) but then ingotnanteqr in the second suit in the seem of the shoulder area. So I had to cut off the sleeves and make it a surf suit. Again here is the emails back and forth. The top email is the last sent to the company. The bottom is the first set of emails Omg really august 14th? That’s almost 4 months since I ordered the suits. Covid 19 or not that’s along time. I don’t understand how it went from before me going on vacation and it was supposed to be sent out July 10th you said. Now it’s going to be august 14th. I just don’t get it. I’m sure it’s due to low numbers of employees because of Covid 19 and or the shipping is delayed due to small numbers of planes going to each country. I’ve never waited this long for any kind of package. That’s a whole seasons worth of time to come up with two easy designs suits.
