I writing this review because I am so outraged at the service I have received from Laundry Heap -- not once but twice -- and how easy it is for them to to extract money from their unwitting customers. I have never had a problem with their bedding services but I recently sent some beach cover ups for wash and ironing. Little fast fashion cotton dresses. They decided they were "delicate" and charged me to dry clean them all at a cost of 100 GBP. At no point did they message or call to ask if it was ok to change the service -- the first time I found out was when I received the garments and bill. Something similar had happened once before (both times they refuse to engage and just say they decided it needed special treatment). Be very wary of using this company. There are many better out there.
