I can't begin to express the level of my frustration. --Mowing completed but left bags of clippings despite what I asked for -- Minimally and poorly done hedge trimming, and no cleanup despite my request --HORRIBLE lack of communication with customer service who seems clueless at best and completely unresponsive at worst --ridiculous overcharge ($215) for services quoted at half that price, and no heads up from the provider that the cost might be more --absurd scheduling (again Customer Service issue) where someone was going to come THE NEXT DAY to cut my grass after it had actually been mowed I disputed the overcharge with my bank, and will continue to advise anyone that there is something wrong with the 'company'.
