I think it is very strange that you cannot cancel the service on the app or online because of a message of a three-cut rule. After reading other reviews, they are aware of this. This leads me to believe this is on purpose. I had a couple of areas with long grass. It was not the entire property. I was charged $80.00 in which $50 of this was long grass. My property is not large. The tree in the front is a large part of the front yard. Another company only charged me $35 for both back and front to give an example of size of my yard. Upon initial sign up there was a discount for the 1st cut but then they charged my card for the long grass after I asked the cutter would I be charged for long grass for two areas that I measured and was not over the company's long grass rule and his response was no, but I was still charged the additional amount. This prompted me to purchase my own lawn equipment. I sent a message to cancel but the app still was not displaying I cancelled the next day after messaging the via the APP. I had to call to have my service cancelled. Based on the review from K below. I will be monitoring my card. It seems like they are trying to get free money if you cannot remove your information or cancel.
