Constant cancellations and rescheduling
Service cancelled today at 5:46PM on day of scheduled service and not rescheduled for 5 days on 7/13. This has happened 5 of 6 times I've used them. Always cancel late in evening on day of service. I only tried them again because I have an account credit of $33 but it's not even worth it to me. And they always apologize very nicely. You can *never talk to the provider in advance to iron out any potential miscommunication or communicate accurately the scope of what you want done. I have very specific shrubs that I wanted trimmed that I need to communicate to the lawn pro before arrival, or I need to be here to explain. This is just a poorly done and executed service all the way around; very poorly thought out and implemented in way that is very undependable in my year long experience. I'm trying now to get my credit card refunded my account credit (30 minutes of holding so far to get "approval." Another maddening aspect from the customer service and communications perspective is this: Their emails take the tone of it being a minor inconvenience that you were rescheduled but they've so conveniently rescheduled for 5 days later! The only thing I can figure out is they believe that people don't care when they have their service done, as long as it gets done eventually. No, in 5 days my HOA will be complaining about weeds. By the looks of the reviews here and in my experience, they've learned nothing and have adopted no improvements, even incrementally in the past year.
