37 hours of downtime at the start of November 2020 resulted in some heavy financial losses for me. Loss of business and having to deal with / compensate my customers.
Its now 4th January 2021 and despite having the ticket open from the weekend of the issue, I am yet to hear how they will compensate me. Their management team literally cannot be bothered.
I tried to talk via their live chat, and I got cut off. So here goes another 15 minute wait which will once again, end without resolution.
