Very poor support, not like it used to be I have been a customer of LCN and the company before it for over 15 years and recommended them too to others. We had a server fail and I asked support to update come glue records to our new server IP as you can't do it via the control panel, unlike other providers. 3 days past...
The response from William was "Before we make the change for you I would like to clarify one thing. In order to create the glue records, the domain name has to be delegated to the new nameservers. Are you happy for that to happen (have you got all the relevant zones configured on those nameservers)?
If you can re-open this ticket through the online control panel (Once logged in click 'Support Tickets"
Then he closed the ticket. So no action, all our client's mail continued to bounce and now we are on a spam list pending removal.
I called in and I was bounced around 3 agents, none of them passing on the information I had given. So having to explain myself 3 times and being on the phone for 20mins.
This is a 30 second admin process. I know I've been doing this for over 25 years.
