I can honestly say that if I could put a negative star rating I would. Oh well I am...minus 3 stars. They are literally incapable of dealing with any customer issues. Still waiting for a refund. 8 weeks since they agreed it. The response is completely untrue. You agreed and told me I would have a refund since your company failed to inform me of the condition of the returned door. This resulted in me not being able to claim off the courier insurance. You admitted liability due to this and promised a refund. And now this. Use this company at your own risk. Completely unprofessional. Unlike my solicitor who will be in touch with them.
