Really bad customer service, we have been waiting over 3 weeks for doors, they just the ignored the delivery date and didn't contact us. We rang twice got an agent who promised to ring back and they just didn't. Now if you pick the option to enquire about an existing order they won't answer the phone if you pick the option to place a new order they answer immediately but refuse to communicate saying they only deal with sales. Very poor, we will be writing a follow up review as we are in Limbo at the moment. Be warned hold on to your money and go elsewhere. We will also be writing google review.
