DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered the doors over a month ago. Keep getting fobbed off with excuses why they keep failing to arrive on the promised delivery date. No one answers emails. No one answers the phone. Have to spend hours, and I mean hours, on hold to get through to someone at customer services (funny how you can get through to the sales department to make a new order in a few mins!!). When you do get through to someone in customer service, its a constant stream of lies, "the courier has lost the order", "the courier van broke down", "there was a system error with your order", "you must be wrong, the order was scheduled for next tuesday, not this thursday" (yes, i was actually told i must have my dates mixed up!!!!!!). No contact from them to say the doors wont be delivered on the days they keep promising. I keep taking days off to be home to accept the delivery (5th day now, so I have used up all of my remaining holiday for the year waiting for these f***ing doors). Do not waste your time or money on them. I have reported them to Citizens Advice Consumer Service (as instructed to by trading standards), and recommend that anyone else in the same boat does the same thing as it looks like they are taking peoples orders (and therefore money), knowing full well that they are not able to complete the orders!
