After waiting an inordinately long time for our doors. We finally have been given a delivery date (today) - despite calling, emailing etc etc for an ETA - we have heard nothing via either. The phone rings then gets put down.
We are currently sat waiting for delivery with no idea if they are coming at all.
This is diabolical. Please pass this onto a manager dealing with customer complaints.
