Absolutely useless. I placed an order and realised I had brought the wrong item. I called the customer service team 3 minutes after and was told I would need to request a refund via email.
The next day I received an email to say my order had been dispatched!
Another phone call later I was told to pop my complaint in yet another email and if the item had been dispatched I would have to accept it and return it myself!
After many emails later I finally received my refund a week later!!!!!
Very stressful and unnecessary
