Ordered on VIP 2 business day delivery as needed laminate urgently. Payment taken next day then noticed on order confirmation that estimated arrival date was 22 days hence.
Tried to cancel order as needed to buy locally to get goods straight away. That's when problems started.
Can't get through on phone. 13 minutes then cut off. 1 minute then cut off. Cut off immediately. Tried later. Had to give up after 46 minutes. No response to emails. No facility to cancel an order before despatch. Why didn't they contact me as soon as they saw they couldn't fulfil 2 day delivery?
Found a way to request a return so filed that form in. No confidence that anything will be done or that I'll get my money back.
Shame, because I've used Leader Floors in the past and been pleased with the service. Will never use again.
