Great customer service. The item we ordered wasn't in stock, so we received a phone call and after a bit of negotiation were offered a more expensive door in similar design with the same delivery date.
The web ordering system is a little quirky - if the item you want has different sizes you cannot order from the product detail page then you get a message to state quantity when you click "Add to basket", but there is nowhere to state the quantity! You have to go up one level the list of various product sizes on the product summary page to order.
