Items in Stock - means they are not and are with suppliers. 3-5 day delivery - its now 11th day post order and still not recieved I spoke to them at 10:00 Friday, they'd just had the delivery from the supplier and promised it would be on next day delivery for tomorrow before 13:00 ie Saturday delivery. I repeated back to them what they had just said, as we would need to chnage our day to ensure we were in. Confirmed Saturday with TNT before 13:00. Spoke to TNT today and the delivery is due for Monday, no special for today. Tried for over an hour to speak to them today on contact number and phone just kept ringing. use this company only if you want poor customer service and can wait ages for delivery - they are cheap however you get what you pay for.
