placed a order through their website on 6th jan for some shelving in stock..
got a email a week later advising me id have to wait until 7th feb due to a stock error, i excepted this and decided to wait,i rang them on the 4th feb asking for an update i did not have my order number at hand and gave them my address and post code .but could not find my order on the system had to email them a copy-of my pay pal transaction,the email me back said they were looking into it.had a email 3 days later saying there was a problem with re stoking and would have to wait until 7th march.i find this unacceptable and rang them to cancel my order was not a problem .but no apology. hey ho just found them cheaper on ebay...
