If I had known this would be the case upon order, I would have still placed the order, as price was good and would have been willing to wait. However, due to the delay it did make me question whether the items would eventually get delivered, as read some other reviews were other customers had trouble with lead times and cancelled their order, an then had difficulties receiving a refund. So given my concerns, I was reserved to the possibility I may have to cancel my order but, when I was informed the order had then been dispatched, I allowed the order to continue and WOW got my order the next day. So I may have been hasty in my concerns. Small issue with a missing slat, called leader and awaiting spare part to be sent. Informed would be around a week, will allow 10 days before chasing. Overall: Happy with final outcome, goods received. Will be looking to place another order shortly. However, if I had cancelled I would not have looked to Leader Stores for future purchases, as I would have lost complete confidence. I can accept if the lead time is a little longer than expected, as long as I'm kept informed. Would have preferred an email to keep me updated, rather than having to call to chase up order.
