After ordering I heard nothing for around a week. I emailed in and received a reply asking me to call to organise the delivery. I arranged delivery over the phone for a week later and then took the day off work to receive the goods, they failed to turn up! Apparently the order was stopped before it actually left because it was incorrect, a call would have been nice! A week or so later I called again, correct order was just in. I was told someone would call me later to arrange the delivery date, I even gave them my mobile again just to make sure they had it correctly. Nothing for a few days so I called back to cancel as I was totally fed up and no longer wanted to do any business with this company. I'm sure had I not done all the chasing Leaders would just be sitting on the order forever, that seems like the plan here. I'm still waiting for a refund! We thought we would give the company the benefit of the doubt after looking at the reviews but I would seriously suggest giving them a wide step. Customer support if you can call it that were generally helpful over the phone but I couldn't help feeling like I was being fobbed off with any old excuse and having to do all the work isn't how it should be!
