I ordered a chest of drawers to come assembled to start it was late coming as it was out of stock but the firm didn't think to let me know I contacted leader store and they did everything to find out what was happening and it eventually arrive at 7 am we thought great but it was flat packed they dropped it in the hall was told it should have been assembled not my paper was the reply I had to pay someone to assemble as we are in our 70s phone leader they are dealing with Julian bowen there service has been good
