I ordered and paid for 2 boat seats May 15 to come by Memorial Day weekend (May 28). No communication, no delivery by July 5. Text from LA on July 7 saying order shipped. I emailed customer service immediately to stop as I purchased their same items a month prior via Amazon. Reply came only stating tracking #. I again emailed how do we stop this, I already got your product. Radio silence until the day it arrived (1+ week later) then email only told me where to ship return to and I have to pay it. I emailed AGAIN asking how to resolve as I had already purchased their product and no longer needed the order from TWO MONTHS AGO. AGAIN, I have had zero response for 2 weeks now. I'm out the $140 for 2 seats I no longer need.
TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do NOT order from this company.
(I never write bad reviews, always work to resolve the minimal issues I've ever had with companies, but this customer service is HORRIBLE.)
