I got my account exactly as advertised. My account had 36000 BE and 5 champ shards in the hex tech crafting loot, so I literally have no complaints. Nobody wants to grind to level 30, and riot just won’t sell level 30 accounts for some reason, so I don’t mind purchasing from a 3rd party.
