They cost my company thousands due to losing deals on vehicles and when they finally pinned one down it took a month to get everything together. Then once they get the money and POA sent, they didnt include the temporary tags for the vehicle so we now had to wait even longer. Funny thing is that it was THEIR request for the dealership not to put a temp tag on. Then send paperwork WITHOUT the temp tag. Its like dealing with 12 year olds who have NO CLUE. I'm going to do everything I can to get our company to switch companies and get away from this place. I'd give them a 0 if it was possible
