Do not use this company!!! we prebooked and paid £537 in advance for a car a Pisa airport. We turned up before our pick up time of 11.30, waited four hours to try and collect due to a systems fault. We still had six family's in front of us in the queue and had an appointment we could not miss. We ended up having to hire another car for over £600 from another company. Leasys were in breech of contract and still have our money. Leasys have lied to Ryanair about the situation, saying we did not present them with a physical credit card. However we didn't even make it to the desk to speak to them or show them a card. Will be pursuing this will a legal claim
