We have booked car with the full insurance coverage, when we came to pick up the car the rental company LEASYS informed us, the car does not have any insurance and requested another 250€ for the insurance. So we ended up paying 400€ for invoice on road assistance which came to open the car as we locked the key in the trunk, to the rental company as we did not have any insurance according to them, and tried to reclaim the invoice by the insurance company, also asking for everything possible and not replying, just to avoid the coverage..... This is struggle is now taking 3 months, without any progress. According to other reviews they apply these extra charges on many customers. Unfortunately I have not seen the other reviews before booking with this company, otherwise I would not book the car with them. Also we were waiting for almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport, in the middle of the day at 40 degrees....... The employees at the office were quite impolite, mean and unprofessional... This was the first time and last time I booked a car with LEASYS.
