I have had an amazing experience with Leatherify. The whole experience was above and beyond. What impressed me most was the customer service and the communication regarding my order. After I made my purchase on Dec 5th I emailed them and spoke with Mashhad. I explained my circumstances with the item I ordered. Although they explained they couldn't 100% guarantee that I would receive my order by Christmas, they would do everything possible to make it happen. I received order updates frequently. They put my mind at ease. My order tracking stated a delivery date of Dec 19th. It came today, Dec 20th! This being a Christmas present. I would definitely order again. I'm happy that you will make a 15 year old cancer patient very happy on Christmas morning.
