I ordered two sport pants, however today I received an Email, that one of them is not in the order (despite I paid both). I'm really surprised, because they had them on stock still and I would prefer to get them instead of money back.
so if I order now the second ones again so I must pay delivery twice, that’t inappropriate of course. It plays of course the worst role in sense of customer's loyalty and the brand impression.
Never again!
