Could not withdraw money from my account. It was impossible to use any debit cards, and I couldn't add a new bank account - it simply took me to a screen where it was impossbile to edit the information or progress. Money is stuck there. Customer service responded to my question by telling me to use the app (which I already had done), and then closed the ticket before I had no chance to respond before she went offline.
