Absolute rubbish. I have dealt with this company for quite a few years and always had a reasonable relationship regarding failed bulbs until a few months ago when 12 of the 16 Gu10 7w Lumilife bulbs I bought a few months previously all packed up. They said they would replace them but I have heard nothing since despite many attempts to contact them. They must have gone bust probably through selling rubbish products.
