Everyone should be aware at the shocking service and mickey mouse operation they run here...granted is a big firm but lack any customer service at all i dont know how i got trapped into buying from here my own fault but would like to warn everyone else stay clear of these people.... You will be wasting your money and just hear excuses shocking!! to say the least This James apparently manages all of UK yet far from knows any skills of service, a pure dell boy of trading. Word of advise try Teucer for your lighting needs James mentioned him self their LED's are China made so makes sense of failures that occur and them holding their hands to issue as non evident Lazy not willing to understand a plug and play installation can cause failure to products is my own fault? you guys are amazing at covering if you spent some more time on service and better quality products you may have a better chance.
